Hello,
  I noticed in a previous post by Alex, the mention of a .dsw 
file:

However, I couldn't find this file in the standard soup tarball. 
Is a windows project file for soup available, or was it cited 
simply as a "placeholder" ? If it's available, how can it be 
accessed.
