I really don't care -- I just need an extensible RPC mechanism, that I 
could potentially run as a CGI script server-side.

Heh. I'll get to that in my copious spare time. ;) Maybe I can make an 
SMTP transport for SOAP, and finish (i.e. start) my Play-Chess-by-Email 
thing for Evolution at the same time. ;)
