Greetings,

I subscribed to the list as I want to develop a simple C client to access
a SOAP service. On checking the archive, I find I can only access
February 2003, and it contains a single spam message.

Similarly Google's holdings from the archives all points at absent pages.

Has the archive moved elsewhere?
