We recently moved to different list software, it looks like the archives for this list haven't been moved. But, the SOAP portions of Soup are pretty dead at this point. We don't use them for anything here at Ximian and no one else has stepped up to take over maintenance. We still use the HTTP library portions of Soup quite a bit in things like Evolution and Red Carpet, and the glib2 version of that is now in the "libsoup" module in GNOME CVS. The older code, including the SOAP code, is in the "soup" module, on the "soup-0-7" branch.
