soup-wsdl

I have just installed soup, and I have wsdl file, and I have to create a
client application to work with web-service which is described in the wsdl
file.
But I could not find any documentation in the soup tarball, could someone
tell where to find the docs, and how to generate a Stub and headers from
wsdl with soup-wsdl ?
