Evolution 1.4.5 disregard day light saving

I am in GMT+02 (Asia/Jerusalem) at day light saving and my Evolution
disregards it. I.e. meetings that starts at 14:00 appear to be 13:00 in
Outlook (which does not disregard daylight saving). Any clue?
