Evolution 1.4 - opening the next message after deleting/moving

I used to use Evolution 1.2, and when I was browsing the inbox and deleted or moved a message, the next message in the inbox would be automatically opened. Since upgrading to 1.4, this doesn't happen anymore, and I have to double click on the next message to open it. It's a small thing, but annoying. Is there a way of swithching this function on? I've looked through the options menus, but can't find it.
