Not exactly, the path isn't right. (OTH, eh? ;-)

Connector isn't part of the Evolution sources itself, it's a separate
package. This is the actual location of current Connector sources:

 ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ximian-connector/

1.4 is stable, 1.5 is development (beta) software, just like Evolution.
For compiling Connector, you will need to install Evolution development
packages (if provided by RH) or you got to compile everything...
