Connecting to Exchange

I have a setup of the exchange as folows. We have 'n exchange server for normal exchange to windowsclients and 'n seperate server that run only the outlook webacces module. Thus The one server is only 'n frontend(webaccess) and the other exchange. No webdev module is running exchange.
