Updated red carpet and now it doesn't work....

Hi all, Can anyone give me a clue about this? I updated the red carpet stuff to version 2.4 on my SuSE 9.1 box, which was working fine (I used red carpet to do the upgrade). It went without messages, so I assumed all was well.
