Those lists are pretty much defunct, yes.  I'm not entirely in the loop
with regards to Red Carpet / ZENWorks development, but I don't think the
previous lists have been replaced with anything.

I suspect that one of the major reasons they went away was that they
were sufficiently low-traffic (a handful of legitimate messages per
month, last I recall) that they did little else than gather spam.
