Thanks Jeff. :) Some follow up on this [1] issue:
Although the bug isn't closed yet, I have been told these issues are
fixed already. (I didn't close the bug yet, cause I didn't verify it
with recent versions.)
The first issue (enabling the "Personal" Calendar by default on first
running Evo) is fixed in some recent Evolution 2.0.x versions. In fact,
this is the same issue when migrating (from Evo 1.x).
The second issue apparently is fixed as well, although I couldn't verify
this personally. When talking about this on IRC, it worked for anyone
else who tried to reproduce:
When entering a new Appointment (either using the dialog or direct
entering in day/week view) the selected Calendar gets enabled and the
respective Appointments are displayed.
Thanks for caring about this, folks. :) And remember, feel free to file
bugs if you believe to have found one. Any filed (and fixed) bug will
make Evolution even better, and Free Software needs feedback. :-)
