importing lists of contacts and calendar

How can I import the files containing the lists of contacts and taks
from a disabled evo 1.4 into a new,m working Evo 1.4$ I did the mount
and copies to bring them side by side in my
/home/yvesbaja/evolution/local as folders "Contacts 2" and "Calendar 2",
but of course do not know how to transfer their contents on the active
folders "Contacts" and "Calendar"

Any way of doing it?
