There doesn't seem to be an admin menu choice in the XD2/SuSE install. 
The
manual way to do it would be to add a script to the
/etc/opt/gnome/gdm/Sessions directory.
 
You can try the following.  I have no clue if it will be sufficient
since
I'm not near my box to test, but this is how it would be called in
xdm:
 
Create a file called KDE in the directory I mentioned, and add
following:
 
#!/bin/sh
exec startkde
 
When you logout, it should add KDE to the Sessions menu.
 
 
It has worked for me, so I hope this helps

Hi List

I yesterday tried to install the XD2 desktop over the net, on my Suse
Linux 9.0
and all went just fine, the only problem now is that i cant choose my
KDE Desktop
anylonger, i only have X, and Gnome, any ideas on how to get the KDE
environment
back to choose when i login??
