If so, how? It should be trivially possible to import ~/evolution/local/Calendar/calendar.ics (and similar .ics files for any other calendars). Addressbook is a little more difficult. My advice is to quit Evolution, run "evolution --force-shutdown", and copy the old ~/evolution/local/Contacts/addressbook.db over the new one. I'm pretty sure restarting Evolution would then result in seeing the old data. Warning: if you have created new addressbook entries in the new install, this will overwrite them. In that case, you should start by saving them as .vcf (from a running evolution, at the beginning of this process) and import them once you're done. > PS: will you at Ximian, undertake top provide Red Carpet and Rug with > some significant contents for the MdK 9.2 and 10.0? There's nothing particularly treyf about Mandrake, but our download data from the time when we supported Mandrake more broadly indicated that it had very little market share. That was the basis for the decision not to support XD2 on Mandrake. -Mark Gordon _______________________________________________ Users maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/users
