A compatibility library? Or perhaps Evo could be rebuilt against the
older glibc?  We ship Evo packages for Red Hat Linux 7.3, which uses
glibc-2.2.5, so there's no reason it *couldn't* be built against 2.2.x.
If you want Connector, though, that could be a problem.

I'm not sure whether Google indexes this list.  You can, if you want,
download the entire archive of the list and search that with whatever
tool suits you.
