XD2 and crossover office menus

I have a fresh install of SuSE 9.0 with XD2 running great. I
unfortunately need to use MS Visio here at work so decided to try out
the Crossover Office Demo. Everything seemed to install fine except that
the Crossover Office menus did not create properly to integrate with the
XD2 menus anywhere.

Does anyone have an idea on a way to create these menus? I'm sure it's
not that difficult but for some reason the basics of the vfolder menuing
in Gnome has me baffled. The recreate menu utility in xover makes no
difference.
