I am running RH8 and yesterday I used Red Carpet to
upgrade to the latest version of Evolution
(1.4.6-0.ximian.5.6).
Red Carpet identified as required and installed the
following additional upgrades: Xft, freetype,
fontconfig, glib2, gtk2, pango, mozilla, mozilla-nspr,
mozilla-nss, and mozilla-psm.
The following packages were removed: mozilla-chat,
mozilla-mail and galeon (which was my default
browser).
Since the upgrade I cannot run any Gnome applications
or Evolution. I get the message:
Application "(name)" (process ..) has crashed due to a
fatal error. (Segmentation fault)
I can log on and use applications in KDE and with
Konqueror have internet access. Can anybody help me
sort this out please?

Percy
