SUSE 9.0 XD2 Install

Good Morning,
I am fairly frustrated with the install of XD2 on SUSE 9.0. I
have tried downloading all the files and directory structure as per the
technical document on Ximian's website for a "local media" install to no
avail. I have spent probably close to 10-15 hours on getting this to
work and have finally given up. I then went to purchase the
installation media on CD ($99.00) and was told no installation media
exists for SUSE 9.0. I am told by sales that I can purchase and install
XD2 over the Internet for all my machines, but how is that different
than simply following the instructions for free and installing it over
the Internet?? I'm confused...

I have a pilot project of 60 workstations I want to see Linux (SUSE
9.0) running on with XD2. However, all this confusion and no one at
Novell or in the sales department knowing the information required is
really frustrating. Can anyone out there please help me with this XD2
install on SUSE 9.0. This installation problem is holding the entire
project up. All I want is to get XD2 installed on these machines via a
local install (not over the Internet for obvious reason when you are
talking about 60 machines).

I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.
