To verify this, click the [Clear] button in the Search Bar (which is at
the top of the mail list) or use Search / Clear from the menu.

There is an issue with web.de IMAP server not sending the appropriate
responses. This results in "blank" mail list info, but the mails are
selectable and do display fine.
Anyway, you did not mention a lot of details about your setup. Are you
using POP3, fetching your mails directly from GMX using Evolution?

What's the version you are running now? Any other updates, regardless if
Evolution related or not?

It is possible to customize the columns in the list view. This can be
done by right-clicking any column header -- so it is no option for you
and likely not an issue.
You do not see any column headers in the mail list at all?
This is a strange issue. Maybe some galview breakage? Maybe some
cleared .galview files?
Defining and setting a custom Mail View comes to mind as a test. I
wonder, if the default galview files are corrupted, which should be
possible to verify by verifying the RPm packages installation.
> Is it possible to export the mails somehow?
Yup. Although I don't know, if this will work, as Evolution does not
display any mails in the mail list.
If you are using POP3, your mails are stored in mbox format (by
default), which can be imported/used by most mailers.

Maybe a caching issue? I would suggest to remove all indexing files and
let Evolution re-index your mails.
However, I cannot tell any details about the files to delete, unless I
know which Evolution version you are running now and the previous
question regarding the mail protocol.
