Which "spam folder" are you referring to?
I created a folder in Evolution for my spam under the inbox

I do get a lot of spam that goes there.

What I am attempting to do is stop email from returned emails (bad address) from going to spam
and email that my brother sends me keep going there.
for that matter anything with an attachment goes straight to the spam folder.
