Local calendar and Exchange calendar

Since the Ximian Connector became open source, I'm happily using Evolution to keep my calendar. However, I'd really like to be able to sync it with my mobile phone. Unfortunately, multisync only works on the local calendar, not the Exchange one. Is there a way to easily synchronize the two calendars? Or is there maybe a way to sync my phone and the Exchange calendar directly?
