By a quick guess, this looks like that inline viewing component is
missing or the call is broken.
The first likely would be some missing/broken dependencies (due to
upgrade), whereas the latter likely would be a packaging issue with the
SuSE RPM.
First of all, I would run Evolution from a terminal and see the spewage
when a mail with that failing inline viewing is displayed.

The hackers at the Evolution mailing list [1] likely can tell easily,
which one of the above mentioned issues are the case. If you cannot tell
by yourself, of course... ;)
