I have just uploaded a new version of the French (fr) dictionary for
Aspell.  This one fixes a bug where the fr, fr_FR, and fr_CH dictionaries
were not being recognized correctly.

I have also uploaded three new dictionaries for the following languages:
  Welsh (cy)
  Greek (el)
  Ukrainian (uk)

As always you can find then off of the Aspell home page at 
http://aspell.net.
