I don't understand. Are you saying all the applications which support
ZW[N]J in the middle of a word are incorrect implementations? If we
can have Latin and control characters in Malayalam why can't we have
ZW[N]J? Is it because only Malayalam needs it? I think there are other
languages like Persian depending on it.

I don't think that is the right way, even if chillus get encoded we
need to support backward compatibility.

If there could be a way to allow ZW[N]J in Malayalam this issue can be
solved. Lets think about upcoming issues when that comes.
