Document for using libaspell in C/C++ app?

Hi there,
I've searched for a document for using libaspell in a C/C++ app.
Just found this: http://aspell.net/man-html/Through-the-C-API.html
and this isn't useful enough for me.

In fact i need to get the list of installed and available language and dictionaries.

is there any help? or document?
