Enquiry about Personal word list case insensitivity in ASpell

Hi,

I am running a project where I am using Aspell dictionary. I am also using
the Personal Word list feature also. But i found the the word in list are
treated with case sensitive. Can I some how use these words in the list as
case insensitive?
