Zip file with aspell

Hello Aspell devs,

Is it possible for you to include a zip file with aspell win32 packaged
within it?  The page lists an installer executable, however I would like
to obtain a more portable copy for the purpose of adding it to scoop
(https://github.com/lukesampson/scoop/) as an installation option.

Let me know what's possible, thanks!
