Not yet. I just reached the point that it compiles successfully
using Microsoft Visual C 6.6 and Borland BCB5.5. There is lots of
testing and things to clean up left to do.

I am at the point that I could use some help. Keep in mind this
is not even Alpha code yet. Volunteers?
