The existing 0.60.1.1 code only expands keywords in the default
value code. The first patch for install-dir included code for
expanding all config strings for keywords, so you could configure
something like this.
filter-path <install-dir>/filters.
That patch was going nowhere fast.
The impression I received from some other comments, was that the
less drastic the change, the sooner a patch would be accepted, so
I was going to back off the idea of expanding all config strings
for tokens and define two keyword strings, dict-subdir and
data-subdir.
