Inspired by Kevin's inclusion of a sample .aspell.en.prepl I deleted my
own .aspell.en.prepl and the core dumps stop.

Using the new 0.60.2 with the old .aspell.en.prepl the problem is the
same as before.

I'm no nearer to seeing why.
