I have through about this issue somewhat see:

The will be in much better shape to implement something like you suggest 
after I complete the TODO item:
   3) Rewrite the document checker interface to correctly handle the case
   when the replacement is more than one word.

Once that is completed I will get back to you on the feasibility of your 
suggestion.
