Aspell 0.60.3 Snapshot Released

A Aspell 0.60.3 Snapshot is now available at:
  ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/aspell-0.60.3-20050121.tar.gz

This should be at least as stable as Aspell 0.60.2.  I plan on releasing 
Aspell 0.60.3 within one or two weeks.

Changes from 0.60.2:

   * Fixed bugs involving several of the C API functions.

   * Fixed the `spell' compatibility script.

   * Several other bug fixed.
