Not at all.  The problem is that when scoring suggestions Aspell takes the
average of the edit distance\ between the soundslike equivalent AND the
actual word.

Even though bordo and bordeaux have the same soundslike the edit distance
between them is about 4.  There are many other words closer to bordo than
bordeaux with similar enough soundslike that Aspell ranks them higher.
