How to make a snapshot

Hi,
I tried to take a snapshot of the current state of Aspell, from
the cvs under Savannah. The result was not usable. It was as if
someone started making changes, checked in parts, but left parts
unfinished.

This is the address I used:

I took a list of all the cpp and h and hpp files under that
directory and downloaded them. The following types and functions
were undefined.

Types
AspellCheckInfo
AspellLanguage
IntrCheckInfo

Functions
Aspell_language_to_soundslike
to_Aspell_language

Also, there was not Aspell.h file.

How can I get a usable snapshot of Aspell from cvs?
