Thanks to Goran Rakic a Serbian (sr) dictionary is now available for Aspell 0.60:

Thanks to Khader a Telugu (te) dictionary is now available for Aspell 0.60:

Thanks to Andriy Rysin, Eugeniy Meshcheryakov, and Dmytro Koval'ov a new 
version, "1.1-0", of the Ukrainian (uk) dictionary is now available for Aspell 
0.60:
