New Aspell Dictionaries: gu lt uz

Thanks to Kartik Mistry and Utkarsh Project volunteers a Gujarati (gu) 
dictionary is now available for Aspell 0.60:

Thanks to Albertas Agejevas, Kestutis Biliunas, and Laimonas Vebra a new 
version, 1.1+cvs20060103-0, of the Lithuanian (lt) dictionary is now available 
for Aspell 0.60:

Thanks to Mashrab Kuvatov a new version, 0.5, of the Uzbek (uz) dictionary is 
now available for Aspell 0.60:
