The most recent version of Aspell binaries for Windows

Hi Folks,

Is this the most recent version of Aspell compiled for Windows:
http://aspell.net/win32/

These seem to be version 0.50.3 where as the most recent version of 
Aspell seems to be: 0.60.4 .

Has someone gone to the trouble to compiling 0.60.4 for Windows ?
