2 questions

1. When I sign in locally to a computer with an
administrator sign on I am able to add words to my personal word list.
Nothing seems to get added when I sign into the network with a logon that does
not have administrator rights.

What files or folders does a logon need access to
when using the aspell?

2. What file formats for other dictionaries
are compatible with aspell? We want to purchase a commercial medical
dictionary to use with Aspell but want to make sure we get a format that's
compatible.
