Wannabe dict mantainer

Hello, Aspell user list!

The Portuguese dictionaries have been unmantained for a long time, and
I'm willing to help mantain them. While I don't have avaliability to
actually manage the dictionaries, I could convert from
OpenOffice.org's one, which (at least for pt_BR and maybe pt_*) which
is very comprehensive.

I'd appreciate some orientation on how to proceed. Thanks!
