You try to describe here compund words.
However, languages supporting compound words do not have less words
than ones, that do not support them. 
Compound words cannot be reliably created by computers
due to high error rate at computer generation.
For quality spell checking this can not be recommended.

Agglutinating means something completely different and unrelated.
Agglutinating, if correctly handled,causes affix files and dic 
switches to be rather complicated.
