compiling aspell-0.60.4 with gcc 3.4.4

Hello,
I was trying to ./configure aspell-0.60.4 in my Windows XP computer, using
gcc-3.4.4 in cygwin. But config.log tells me that,

It seems that gcc can not find some 'cc1plus' file.
