Medical dictionary available

I have made up a medical dictionary for aspell.  I use this on a Mac  
at my office for spell checking web based medical report generation.   
I have the file in a .rws file format made for the Mac.  One  
knowledgeable person has told me to put the work list up and include  
instructions on creating the dictionary file.

As I don't use any other platforms I'd like suggestions as to the  
best way to host the data.  This data is free for anyone to use.   
Please submit suggestions to me for the most useful way to keep the  
data for online access.
