Hi, if you release the raw word list (ie not the compiled dictionary) and 
give it a clear copyright notice (or lack of in the case you wish to 
release it in the public domain) I will add it to the list of unofficial 
dictionaries at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html
