Aspell for Canadian English

Hello,

It seems there is a dictionary for aspell Canadian English in the RPMs but
it is not listed in your supported languages.

Are there known issues with the dictionary?  The current one on the site is
US english, it would be very helpful to have en-ca, en-af, en-sq, en-ar etc.
listed if they are of good enough quality.
