I think you are using an old dictionary.  Using the latest dictionary 
Aspell only flags the following as misspelled:

daren't
there'll
that'll
what'll
when's

yes that has been broken for a while.  Fixing it is difficult.

You can use "aspell list" to list the misspelled words in a file.
