Aspell - Win 32 User-Data

Aspell (Win32 version  0.50-2-3 ) use the Program-Data Dictionary to
save "de.pws", "de.prepl" (Learn Data).

Windows is not design to use Program-Dictionary for User Documents:

1.) On server saved profiles this Program-Data Dictionary is not save on Server.
2.) Daily Backups do not include Program-Data.
3.) Normal user have no Rights to Write this Program-Data Dictionary
(Read-Only).

Windows is design to save User Documents in "Document and Settings" ->
Application Data.
(All Users or User XXXX)

Hope to change this in Aspell.
