How to use aspell 0.50 with 0.60 dictionary ( Hindi ) ?

Hi,

 

I would like to use the Hindi dictionary on windows.

 

Since only version 0.50 was ported to windows, I wonder if its possible to
convert the dictionaries to work with 0.50 version on windows.
