How are answers to questions accessible?

I sent the question below to <[email protected]>.  Could someone  
please inform me how can I access any answers to my question? Would I  
normally get an email reply or is there a list where all questions and  
answers can be read?

I have been using a dictionary in cocoAspell but have been having some  
problems with it and tried to reinstall it. Then I think that I had to  
enable the dictionary in the preference pane "Spelling" in System  
preferences.

When I click "Spelling", however, I get the message: "Preferences  
error. Could not load preferences pane".

Then I thought that I would completely remove the dictionary and  
install a fresh copy of the software but to do that I had to disable  
the dictionary by checking off the Enable button in the Spelling  
preference pane. When trying to do that I got the same message again:  
"Preferences error. Could not load preferences pane".

I think that the problems may have been caused by my computer not  
working properly.

Could someone please tell me how to proceed from here and remedy them.
