Unable to Install aspell-0.60.5

Hi All,


I am new to aspell and have very little experience with installing applications using comand line.
I am using HP-UX-11.23 system. It has "cc" compiler.
The path set-up environment is like this.

These are the steps I followed.
Steps:
#1. Decompressed file aspell-0.60.5.tar.gz into dictionary aspell.
#2. ./configure --prefix==/opt/webhost/ccsearch/aspell/install/aspell-0.60.5 --disable-curses.
In the 2nd step I got the following error:
